At Fit Your Life Dubai we firmly believe that you can’t outtrain your diet. If you want to achieve your goals it is important to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle, one which includes nutrition. Let us help you with your journey to a healthier lifestyle with a one-on-one in-person consultation with a certified nutrition coach. Consultation includes an assessment, goal setting, personalised meal plan, nutrition tips, shopping guide, recipes, and an in-person follow-up session.

Personalized One-on-One Training


Dedicated one-on-one personal training sessions include fitness & goal assessment, nutrition tips & recipes, personalised meal plan, and weekly body composition tracking. Training sessions will be hosted at client’s home or nearby location. Locations served: Arabian Ranches, Arabian Ranches 2, Mira, Motor City, Sports City, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Golf Estates.
One-on-One Training Rates:
● 4 session pack – 1000 AED (250 AED per session)
● 10 session pack – 2200 AED (220 AED per session)
● 20 session pack – 3200 AED (160 AED per session)

  • 45-minute boot camp in Motor City Windsor Park
  • Every Friday and Saturday morning at 8:30 am starting March 8th until May 6th
  • Metabolic workouts using a combination of bodyweight, resistance and cardiovascular training.
  • Class sizes limited to 10 persons to ensure each participant receives the attention they deserve!

  • 70 AED per session. Must be paid prior to start of session. No contract required.
  • 500 AED (50 AED per session). Must be paid in full before first session. All sessions to be used between March 8th and May 6th. No contract required.

I really like how Alissa focuses just as much on nutrition as she does fitness. Alissa always spends time with with me before and after our training session to discuss my nutrition and share tips, advice, and recipes. Changing my eating habits has been instrumental to my success and Alissa has played an integral role in this. With her support and guidance I am leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
